This pistol comes with one serial matched magazine and an additional non-matching mag, as well as a holster. The mechanics are smooth and the bore is bright and shiny. This pistol is in very good condition, retaining about 87% of its original finish. Sauer & Sohn modell 38H, second variation. Our Assessment:В This is a Nazi marked WWII J.P. The magazines rate in about Very-Good condition. The magazines show thinning from standard operational wear and scattered small scratches with intact feed lips and strong springs. Overall, the holster rates in about Very Good condition.

The holster shows scattered wear marks and creases. The front of the holster has markings that are difficult to make out but appear to read вЂњSCHAMBACH&Co / BERLIN / 1942 / 304491вЂќ. On this model, the slide does not lock back on an empty magazine. This pistol features a cocker/de-cocker mounted on the left side of the frame. Mechanics:В The action functions correctly. Overall, this pistol is in about Very Good condition. The screw heads are lightly tooled with strong slots. The back strap and front show light surface oxidation. There are some scattered tiny scratches and small dings. There is thinning at most edges with the most notable being at the front of the slide and on the muzzle. The top of the slide is finely serrated in a wavy pattern to reduce glare. The rear sight is a вЂњUвЂќ notch dovetailed into the slide. Sights / Optics:В The front sight is a short blade integral to the slide.

There is an вЂњHвЂќ factory mark on multiple parts of the gun. The right side of the barrel is marked with an Eagle over вЂњNвЂќ. The left side of the trigger guard bow has an Eagle / C stamp.
